Our Team

James was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Central Florida in 1980. He began in the business of real estate as an investor buying and selling everything from low income properties to luxury homes. James then made the decision to transition from Investor to Agent as he enjoyed working with people to achieve their goal of home ownership.

James has an extensive background in residential real estate working with buyers and sellers and is an expert in short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. One of his strongest assets is his ability to negotiate the hardest deals while authoring contracts that cover every detail and all while offering the greatest level of protection to clients. James is also a graphic designer, web designer, photographer, and videographer who uses these skills to help market and sell all of Alton Clark Realty’s listings. As a result of having these skills, James is able to provide services to all sellers that would otherwise only receive them if they were selling a multi-million dollar home.

James graduated from the University of Central Florida with both a Bachelors & Masters Degree Suma Cum Laude. He’s an avid sportsman who enjoys baseball, golf, hunting, and fishing. He’s the proud father of two beautiful children and is married to the love of his life who just so happens to be his real estate partner, Christine Clark

Christine along with James is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she majored in Business and Marketing. After graduating college, James and Christine got married and began to start a family. During this time, Christine began working alongside James in the real estate business serving clients and has been doing so proudly for more than 10 years now. She’s a proficient listing agent as well as buyers agent and is routinely a mult-million dollar producer. In addition to being an active Realtor, Christine also serves as the Director of Operations for CENTURY 21 Alton Clark. Prior to entering into real estate, Christine served as the Director for Kaplan Test Prep Inc. which was a company that offered test preparation services for exams such as the SAT, ACT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, BAR, and more. In her role as Director, Christine was responsible for all operations for several offices which served six (6) Central Florida counties. Christine is also a proud mother
